Payment

• $100 Non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy until weaning or pick up/shipping date.

• Acceptable payment methods: Postal Check (available at post offices), PayPal electronic transfer, cash. Contact us for other options.

• Payment in full is expected at least one week prior to shipping date. 

• No puppy is considered sold until a deposit has been received.

• Deposit must be received within one week of our agreement for us to continue holding a puppy.

Shipping

• The cost to fly a puppy to any major city varies. Contact us for current prices.
• Your puppy will be flown to the nearest major airport to you, or to the airport you specify that we can ship to.
• Reservations will be made upon receiving final payment.

Guarantees

The following guarantees apply whether or not a written contract has been exchanged between T-Bars and the buyer.

The puppy you have purchased from T-Bars Kennel is guaranteed to be healthy at the time of purchase.

The puppy will be current on vaccinations and worming. T-Bars Kennel guarantees the puppy for (10) days from the date of purchase against Parvovirus, Distemper, Leptosprirosis, Parainfluenza and Corona Virus.

If the puppy should contact any of these diseases within this period, T-Bars Kennel should be contacted at once. If the puppy should die T-Bars Kennel will provide a free replacement of the next available puppy of the same sex. It will be the purchaser's responsibility to provide T-Bars Kennel with a veterinarian statement as to the cause of death.

T-Bars Kennel also guarantees the puppy against hereditary disorders that are detrimental to the puppy's health, for one year from the puppy's date of birth. In the event of such occurrence, T-Bars Kennel will replace the puppy under the same conditions as stated above, providing the veterinarian statement is submitted to T-Bars Kennel within ten(10) days of the date of the diagnosis.

It is hereby understood by both buyer and seller, that the purchaser is responsible for any and all veterinarian costs after date of purchase and that no other guarantees are made or implied by T-Bars Kennel except those stated in this written guarantee. The buyer agrees that T-Bars Kennel's obligation ceases and this contract is void if buyer does not continue vaccination series, fails to see a qualified veterinarian within three (3) days, deprives the puppy of any medical treatment needed, or physically abuses the puppy in any way.

This puppy is being sold to a pet home.  Although it may be of breeding or show quality, it is up to the buyer's desecration whether or not to do so. (Unless limited registration has been applied).

This guarantee does not cover injury, illness, or death caused from accidents or neglect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe and healthy environment.

T-Bars Kennel strongly recommends that you take your puppy to a veterinarian one to two days after receiving your puppy for a health check. You have been provided with a complete vaccination record that came with your puppy. Please take that to your veterinarian so they will be able to set your puppy up on an immunization schedule that is appropriate for your area.
